The development partnered with award-winning designer Larry Lake of Lawrence Lake Interiors (LLI), a boutique firm known for high-end residential and multi-family design, to infuse the property with decorative commercial lighting and custom light fixtures that reflect a modern, welcoming aesthetic.

For the high-tech fitness center, LLI used bold, customized Lumetta drum pendants featuring a multi-colored vertical striped Lumenate^® diffuser shade and chrome powder coat finish. The colorful lighting design adds energy and visual height, while the high-contrast palette reinforces the space’s vibrant, active vibe.
