Residents are enveloped in custom artwork, vibrant murals, and have easy access to the lively surrounding community. 

HKIT Architects selected Lumetta’s L2 commercial acoustical lighting to enhance the entranceway’s ambiance, beautifully complementing the vibrant mural while effectively controlling noise levels from foot traffic. 

Made from recycled PET board fiber felt, the L2 acoustic lights complement and enhance the building’s overall design while delivering acoustic comfort, seamlessly blending style with sound absorption. 

Aiming for LEED Certification, this unique project integrates a wide range of sustainable features. Recycled materials, energy- and water-efficient appliances, photovoltaic and solar thermal systems, and drought-tolerant landscaping were all part of the development of this project This commitment to sustainability and positive living enhances the overall environmental and social impact of the development.
