Perbacco restaurant and bar is located in downtown San Francisco. The richly and minimally dressed restaurant occupies 8,000 square feet of the original 1912 Hind Building on California Street.

Cass Calder Smith planned to create a new dining masterpiece for the Financial District–a place that would harmonize with the neighborhood and also offer an atmosphere of contemporary openness and luxury.

The flavors of Northern Italy fill the space–not just from culinary offerings, but also from the restaurant’s colors, materials, and sophisticated attitude.

Lighting Consultant Michael Webb of Revolver Design Studio specified Lumetta’s Streamline Pendants for the beautiful soft ivory illumination casting romantic radiance and warmth within the environment. The square-inspired luminaires break away from traditional shapes and add a stylish feel to the atmosphere.

In addition to the elegant ambience created, a significant advantage of the pendants was that they were fabricated from Lumetta’s washable and antimicrobial proprietary Lumenate® diffuser material–a much sought after lighting feature for restaurants and other hospitality industries.

Collin College Desired a Certain Type of Lighting: Lumetta Luminaires Met Their Criteria to the Letter

Collin College in Preston Ridge, TX, is a student and community-centered institution committed to developing skills, strengthening character, and challenging the intellect. Their Frisco Campus is a traditional college campus with a central quad surrounded by classroom buildings and a grand library. The campus serves over 8,000 students and offers programs and amenities that encourage exploration, collaboration and critical thinking.

The university hired award-winning agency PBK Architects noted for their sustainable architectural solutions for higher education design, who in turn contracted Lumetta to fabricate and install bold and brilliant type-centric Custom Drum and Cylinder Pendants with Custom Lumenate® diffusers. These imposing luminaires’ sizes range from four to eleven feet in height and make for a striking illumination within the halls of the campus.
